- 🕰️ 21 days or more before arrival:
100% refund of the booking amount. - 🕰️ Between 7 to 15 days before arrival:
50% of the total booking amount will be retained. - 🕰️ Within 7 days of arrival / No Show:
100% of the booking amount will be retained.
Note:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Cancellation timelines are calculated based on the property’s local time.
